We are a family owned and run business established in 1993. Over the last 30 years we have built up a portfolio of quality homes to rent in Plymouth.
We are professional full-time landlords of quality accommodation in Plymouth. All of the houses & flats advertised on this website belong to us; we are not a residential letting agent or property management company. By choosing one of our properties you are renting directly from the landlord.
Katina Goodwin
Katina deals with all administration, paying the bills, collecting rent and all the other jobs that nobody else wants to do.
Jeremy Goodwin
Jeremy has over 40 years experience in the property industry. He's available 24/7 to deal with property issues that inevitably arise from time-to-time.
Grace Goodwin
Grace is responsible for checking that everything is exactly as it should be when our tenants move in, and again when they move out.
We rent rooms in clean & comfortable houses and flats in Plymouth, UK, to working adults.
All our properties are close to Plymouth city centre, near Mutley Plain, in the PL4 postcode area.
Our cheapest double room is £95/week INCLUDING BILLS (gas, electricity, water, council tax and 350Mbps WiFi). Larger double rooms are £100 - £130/week. In our shared houses rents are FULLY INCLUSIVE of all bills. In our flats bills are not included.
We rent on assured shorthold tenancies of 6 months minimum, which can then be renewed or simply continue month-to-month, whatever best suits you.
We own all of the properties offered on this website; we are not letting agents or a property management company. We do not charge any fees.
